Take Action Before the Oct 16 Registration Deadline

Please be aware that the deadline for ministries to select delegates and notify UWM is fast approaching. The voting delegate letter must be submitted by Oct 16.


➡️ These are the 3 steps needed to meet this deadline:


  • Ministries must have submitted their Annual Ministry Report (AMR) for 2024. These were due March 31, so hopefully this is complete. If you have not filled out your AMR, you can do so now, email annualreportforms@unity.org

  • Your ministry board must meet and select delegates – up to 4 delegates for traditional ministries, and up to 2 delegates for alternative ministries

  • A letter informing UWM of ministry delegates must be sent to Brenda Hicks-Wiggins (bhicks-wiggins@unity.org) by Oct 16, 2025. Letters received after this date will not be considered. Letter must be on your ministry letterhead, include the names and emails of your ministry delegates, and be signed by your Board President or Minister. You can include all delegates in one letter. Please note, that the requirement to attend a delegate class is being waived for this year.


Credentialed leaders who have submitted their 2025 annual report are considered voting delegates. The CEU requirement is being waived for this year.


All delegates and credentialed leaders who have submitted their 2025 annual report will receive a zoom link to attend the annual meeting on November 5, from 1:00 to 5:00pm CT. Other interested parties can watch this meeting on Facebook Live.
