You may have attended our Cross Canada calls over the past few months, and made your voice heard at this historic time for the Unity movement. You are aware that the vote for Unity World Headquarters to acquire Unity Worldwide Ministries was approved by 91%.

As we were preparing for this moment, UWM’s Standards Team was involved in reviewing and updating some key policies so that the unification could be as smooth and seamless as possible.

Among the revised policies are the Code of Ethics for Ministries

and the Code of Ethics for Unity Leaders.

These documents set the ethical standards for the Unity movement – standards that Unity holds people and ministries accountable to. Both documents are available on our website.

  • Revisions to the Code of Ethics for Ministries are relatively minor and are designed to increase clarity and consistency.

  • More extensive changes were made to the Code of Ethics for Unity Leaders. They are more specific about the expectations for Credentialed Leaders, and they bring together multiple policies so that all standards are contained in one document.

🔴 I encourage ministry boards and leaders to review, discuss, and sign these documents. They will be the documents used by Unity to determine good standing.

If you have specific questions, please reach out to me. I would be delighted to assist you.
