Early Christians were known as "followers of the way." Without hierarchy or formal communication channels, the movement thrived and became so transformational that Constantine co-opted it, birthing the imperial church.

While "the way" hasn't been prominent, it remains a dynamic source of ideas, now moving back into mainstream Christianity. The Anglican Church's purpose statement "walking together into a new creation" echoes Pope Leo XIV's similar phrasing.

Good stewardship means sharing appropriately with all—focusing on "ours" rather than "mine" or "yours." Most importantly, it's about walking together to accomplish what benefits everyone collectively.

This session will invite you to walk to a new transformational understanding of how life works.  When you do this, people will ask how/why you are different – an invitation to share with them so they too may begin to re-think the way they see the world as well.  This is the essence of positionless leadership.
