We are looking forward to seeing you in Edmonton!Mutual Ministry ReviewThe Association of Unity Churches International has just completed development of a Mutual Ministry Review for use in Unity churches. This document provides ministries with means of assessing the entire ministry and enhancing the ability for everyone in the ministry to work cohesively together. It replaces the old process in which only the minister is reviewed and then held accountable for everything that happens in the church.“Mutual Ministry Review changes the focus from individual accountability to community accountability. Mutual Ministry Review is a time to celebrate what has been done well, as well as a time to explore ideas and set objectives of ways to better serve, always guided by the vision and mission of the church. Mutual Ministry Review is meant to help the entire congregation better fulfill God’s plan for the church. What is being reviewed is the ministry of the entire spiritual community with the focus of celebrating the successes of objectives accomplished according to the shared vision of the church, as well as expanding our ideas of what we can accomplish in the future in serving our communities and the world.” If you would like an electronic copy of this document or have questions about how you can use this tool in your ministry, please contact Rev.
